The Strathmore area encompasses multiple residential communities in North Bethesda, including 60 luxury condos at Strathmore Park, 112 brownstone townhomes at Symphony Park, and 125 new homes at Strathmore View — all steps from Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro on the Red Line. The area is anchored by two performing arts venues: the historic Mansion at Strathmore, an Arts & Crafts–style estate built in 1902, and the Music Center at Strathmore, a 1,976-seat concert hall that opened in 2005. Together they host over 150 performances a year, house education programs for Levine Music and CityDance, and maintain a sculpture garden with 23 works across 11 acres. The Carlton R. Sickles Memorial Sky Bridge connects the campus directly to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station (Red Line).
